Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped Startrack Express or TNT with tracking and drop-off with signature.

We can provide you with a link to track your package online if requested (this currently is not an automated process)

Shipping fees include handling and packing as well as postage costs.

Shipping fees are fixed per order, be it 1 keyboard, of 5 iMacs

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
